Retuns & Refunds

Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of any issues, we will be happy to assist you. 
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be
notified by email within 24 HRS of the product being delivered and returned to our
warehouse within a strict period of one week if you are self-shipping it after which we will not be liable to accept the merchandise. All self-shipped couriers costs will be reimbursed to the customers. We can also create a return pickup request for damaged shipments if required.

and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We will investigate the damage from our end and repair the merchandise in its entirety. We offer a one-year guarantee on plating and repairs.


To care for this piece please clean and polish it with a soft cloth and store it separately. Avoid contact with perfume, chemicals, moisture, excessive force or
extreme temperature to maintain lustre.

Cancellation:

After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellations on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.


In case of cancellation, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another product(s) of the same or higher value by paying the remainder. You may also opt for store credit to be added to your account against the returned order, which you can use to shop online, within the duration of the validity of the store credit.

Shipping:

The shipping charges for all shipping within India are free and are completely borne by us.
For express shipping, we charge INR 350 per kg. However, the shipping charges for
international orders depend on the country and the pincode the order is being
shipped to.
